Every advisory situation is unique, but as a general guideline, my engagement will be approximately 15 hours per month for 6 to 12 months. With my coaching and mentoring, your knowledge and skills will dramatically improve and these skills will serve you well for the rest of your career. You will run your business instead of your business running you.
Your business should reflect your personal goals, so the first step is to firmly establish your vision of personal success. Then we will get to work. We will assess all functional areas of your business (strategy, operations, accounting, sales, etc.) and prioritize areas for action. If necessary, I have available a network of professionals to assist us.
